From & To TLV Airport
Things keep changing as we tweak.

From the airport
It now appears we will be arriving on a Saturday either 3PM or 7PM
Will we have a problem getting a taxi from the airport to our hotel in Jerusalem at those times on a Saturday?

To the airport
It looks like our flight will leave the airport just before midnight on a Wednesday night.
Any problems going from our hotel (Kaufmann St) in Tel Aviv to the airport by taxi leaving around 8PM)?

No and no. Taxis operate on Shabbat. You'll be fine on both ends.
