Hey Carrie:
I guess that is the home address for KLM--I could not figure out how to get the address for the page with the answers. So go to the home page -on the left you will see "questions" you can then search for luggage weight and find some answers.

While not the greatest, 22 pounds is still a lot more than I was allowed with Virgin Atlantic. My Tamrac 777 backpack will be allowed without being molested by airline personnel and I may be able to pack away the photo vest this time!

Bat:
I found out that my seats were changed when I received a paper copy of my airline e-ticket from my travel agent. It included different seats from those that I had originally chosen. I do not think that this happens too often --it might be because the flights are so full in December.

Gee, Patty is so much better at this. If you are flying business class you get an additional garment bag or briefcase and some extra weight as a result.

Thanks so much! Forgive me for not checking the website myself. I guess I hoped someone would know the answer and save me the trouble.

Thanks for the info on seat assignments, bat. I'll look into that this week.

You are welcome. As I said, I learned it all from Patty! Our pay date is later this week.
