How to get from Johannesburg to Casablana?
What's the best (i.e. luxurious - or at least tolerable) way to get from Johannesburg to Morocco? And just how far is it anyway? I tried to look up flights online and found nearly all of the routing going through Europe.

I've never been to Morocco, and what I've found is the result of a Google search.
In addition to Casablanca's Anfa Airport (CAS), there appears to be a Mohammed V Airport (CMN) that is 30 km from Casablanca.
South African Airways, Royal Air Maroc, Iberia and others seem to offer flights between JNB and CMN (touching down somewhere like Dakar, which at least is on the same continent and on the way from the departure point to the destination point).
Hope this helps.

RAM used to fly from Jo'burg to Casablanca (CMN is the Int. airport for Casablanca), I used that routing once as the lowest cost at that time to the U.S. But they don't any longer, unless they've re-entered the market and I haven't heard. SAA have never flown that route, as far as I know.

Judy in Calgary - Thanks for the clarification between CAS and CMN. CMN is the Int'l Airport.
Ericka - sometimes there are places "you can't get there from here". Of course you usually can, but the routing is often difficult.
Wish you luck!
