Hello Tom,
Another great option in Kruger is Wilderness's new Pafuri Camp. It's in the far northern reaches of Kruger, which have very few visitors and are very different environmentally to the southern portion -- this would make a really interesting contrast with the Sabi Sands. http://www.wilderness-safaris.com/ca...mp;method=menu Pafuri has both self-drive and all-inclusive options -- the all-inclusive option is great value for money. Cheers, Julian |
Now that is closer to an eight hour drive. Julian that area of the kruger can be a little thin on game too.

Hello Mkhonzo,
I realise that the northern part of Kruger doesn't offer the same game-viewing as southern Kruger, but given that Tom is staying at Mala Mala the southern part of Kruger wouldn't compare anyhow -- the northern part would make a much more interesting combination with the Sabi Sands, and there would be many fewer tourists as well. Cheers, Julian |
