Extra day in Luxor or Cairo?
 

I am arranging a very last minute trip to Egypt and Jordan and am trying to figure out the best time usuage while there. If you were on a Nile Cruise,would you want another full day in Luxor before you fly to Cairo and on to Amman OR would you want to fly back to Cairo and spend another day(you have already had 5 days there) and spend the night before leaving for Amman the next morning? Thanks everyone-we leave 3 weeks from tomorrow so need to figure this out ASAP!

dutyfree, I am sorry to read about your loss. I hope you have a great trip I am also planning a trip to Egypt and Jodan in 2010, yes, it can become overwhelming at times.

dutyfree - I apologize if you have already done this - but could you post you full/final itinerary so that we can see the whole picture? I know how important this trip is to you - and I want to do my best to help you make the right decisions!!!
