elephant safari in Zambia/zimbabwe- questions

On my trip to South Africa, I will also be up in Zambia staying right next to Victoria Falls. I have the option of doing an elephant Safari. My questions are:
1) I can do it in either Zambia or in Zimbabwe - is one better than the other?
2) I don't know the exact tour operators of the tours, but it is being organized through "Africa with Style".
3) Are there any health requirements/weight requirements on a safari like that?
4) Is it even worth doing one of those safaris, or is it a waste of money?

Thanks for your help!
Liz

from what I've heard, out of the 4 1/2-5 hours you will be with the tour, only about 1 hour will be actually riding the elephants. The rest is spent with a lecture, watching them do their "tricks", transportation to and from hotel, and snack/lunch break. And you won't be in an area where there is much game other than impala etc. some people like it, others think it's a waste of money and unkind to the elephants.
