On site USD$15, no photos required.
Stop at Visa desk before getting on Immigration line.
Then out to baggage claim.

On way out can stop at Currency Exchange window to change some USD to Egyptian Pounds which will be larger denominations which you'll have to find elsewhere to break into smaller. Most hotels have Currency Exchange desks. The rate is the same regardless where as it's set by the government.

I think it is still $15 USD and no photos or anything but a passport is required.

You could have one person stand in line for immigration while another person gets the visa stickers. Make sure the most assertive person gets the stickers, as some nudging might be required. Once you've got your stickers you will put them on a blank page in your passport.

It is US$15 for US citizens. Citizens of some other countries may pay a different amount.

$15 per person for US citizens, per a couple of days ago. It took about 5 minutes. No pictures required.
