Lots of rain and thunder storms in Southern Ontario this weekend. It's pouring outside just now. Really, haven't had any summer like weather since the start of the summer season.

I have only skimmed the last part of the thread because it mostly seemed like a language lesson, so forgive me if I am repeating something someone already posted.

You do not need to wait until you arrive. You can book and pay for your tickets ahead of time if you want: www.egyptair.com. The website does not have a search by price feature, so if you want to get the best price you might have to check each flight separately. I did this yesterday and booked a one way flight to Aswan for 225 Egyptian Pounds (about $40). Flights later in the day were more than twice as expensive.
