dilemma in choosing operator

hi, I got a price quoted from African Trails for a 10 night stay in the Wildlife lodges and one Sopa lodge for around USD 2600, which seemed like a very decent price to me. Competing close would be Tropical Trails, with 9 nights around USD 2500. Given the price comparison, AT seems more interesting, however, of TT I have already found positive reviews. anybody help me choose ? in addition I have asked prices of Sunny Safaris, which quote USD 2250 for staying in larger tents. I'm going nuts trying to decide...

What time of year is the trip, and does this include any flights?

The first thing I would do is decide the itinerary that you want -- exact number of nights and which accommodations. Then get them all to price the same itinerary so you are comparing apples to apples.
