Covid testing in Tanzania

I'm planning to go on a safari to the Serengeti, Ruaha, and Selous in mid-September (postponed from last year) and just learned that the U.S. is requiring a negative Covid test for re-entry. I've looked online, contacted the U.S. Embassy in Tanzania (no response) and can't find out where I can be tested. Has anyone (Americans) traveled to Tanzania recently? If so, where/how did you get the Covid test? Help!

They have open a COVID test clinic in Serengeti no worries cost starts from 80 USD in case you will be departing back from Zanzibar use Global Hospital or North Valley Hospital in Nungwi
