Covid-19 Vaccine Test
I am a fully vaccinated U.S. citizen. I will be traveling to Marrakech from the Madrid Airport. People traveling from Spain need to be Covid tested, but not from the U.S., my starting point. Do I need to be tested in Madrid to board the flight to Marrakech?

Difficult to tell from the information you've provided. Are you in transit with your luggage checked through to Morocco? Or will you be entering through the Spanish border in order to claim your luggage?
Spain is in Morocco's 'B' list and if you have entered Spain you need to show a PCR test with no more than 48 hours between the time of sampling and the time of boarding your aircraft. But the best place to confirm this is with your airline, they are the ones who decide whether or not you get to board.
