Has anyone had trouble contacting Eastern Southern Tours recently? I emailed Serah a few times but haven't had a response. Communication has been pretty good until last week. I am trying to book our Nairobi Hotel and confirm that she received our deposit...

They were having some trouble with their email service a few weeks ago. I thought they were resolved, but just in case, you can try this alternate email [email protected]

I am actually waiting for her response too. I emailed her yesterday about an itinerary and then called her to make sure that she received my email. Apparently she had, but she said she was going to get back to me, but I am still waiting. :)

I used the yahoo email and Serah responded. I think they are still having server problems.

There have been server problems in/around Kenya these past few days. Believe many are now working.

I just booked a tour with Serah yesterday. I called her and she is around around 9-10 AM Nairobi time. Once I spoke to her, I got follow-up emails too.
