"ask your lawyer how much it will cost to enforce this legal right in a foreign country..."
Ah yes, nyama, there's the rub. That's the problem with web display, or any kind of display for that matter. How many people photocopy glossy magazine photos, or used to?
I've found my photos on other web sites, used without permission, but most have acknowledged me as photographer and sometimes even linked to my site, and I've been happy with that. It's potentially profitable exposure for me. The couple who've given no acknowledgment have apologised and corrected their 'oversight' when I objected.
We've successfully sued a newspaper for stealing one of my wife's shots from the internet, and don't doubt we could do so in a foreign country like the UK or US...it would be at a cost, but worth it to enforce our legal rights. Once you go belly up, you surrender your rights.

Ekscrunchy,
I've seen that exact question asked before about Baines and Stanley's. It appears Stanley's is a bit less expensive--like about $25/ppn/nt. Baines is smaller.
Here is a link to a report where Baines was on Trip #1, all was wonderful, and it was highly recommended. But Stanley's was chosen for Trip #2 due to price.

The ele encounters can be done at each.
Glad you liked Stanley's.

Thanks for the reponse and the links, Lynn!
Sometimes this board is difficult for a newcomer like myself, as there seem to be all kinds of sub-texts and situations underlying the questions and responses as with this post.
I did like Stanley's and will write about my time there when I continue my report!
