I have bought already ticket Buenos Aires-Rome-Cairo---arrive 4pm . public transport to hotel in Cairo

ARRIVAL DAY 5 SEP - plan to do the night lights show of the GIZA pyramids
DAY 1 - 6SEP - visit the Egyptian museum - my hotel TAHIR PLAZA is across the street. Wander to the Citadel , the Coptic part as well. DO I NEED A GUIDED TOUR?
DAY 2 . 7SEP - day tour of pyramids-- Keops Memphis Saqqara Sphinx Private Day Tour to Giza Pyramids, Sphinx, Memphis, and Sakkara USD 28 each pyramid entrance is another USD10
DAY 3 8 SEP - White-and Black dessert on a quad bike - half-day -
WHAT DO I DO THE OTHER HALF DAY ??
