C39 from Skeleton Coast inland

Has anyone driven C39 from Skeleton Coast to D2612? If so, could we do it in a 2WD Toyota Condor? I've heard conflicting reports.....Thanks

I think your best bet is to get the digital maps from www.tracks4africa.co.za.
Get a garmin gps with world mapsource software and it will have all the info you need to navigate Namibia. Paved, graded, tracks, too sandy, permit required, ect. Even locations of points of interest, lodges, campgrounds, fuel, ect. Then you make make a decent and informed itinerary. If you have questions regarding the maps, mail them. The maps are inexpensive. They are generated by gps and are accurate beyond belief.
Contributors who actually travel the roads and tracks are adding to and improving the maps near daily. They are the most accurate and can help you make informed decisions for your trip.
