I think you;ve made your point.

a lot

Momliz Aug 17th, 2007 07:11 AM

actually, I am about halfway through this report and it is very funny and full of fascinating details. Thanks so much for doing it!! although putting a reference to it on every recent post was perhaps unnecessary.
Now, I am starting to plan our self drive trip!

amolkarnik Aug 17th, 2007 11:41 AM

Momliz - If you refer to my post in response to your post about a mobile trip in Botswana, I have referred to a UK based company. Its the same one referred to in this report.

I know of an excellent way to save megabucks. Email me for details. (I know this sounds very TA-ish, but...)

hello Momliz, I apologise if my putting a reference on most recent posts was unneccessary, I had misunderstood the etiquette of this format; I thought individuals were posting individual questions to which (given my recent experience and report) I thought I could help, so I was replied to each individual in turn. It is really lovely to hear that you have found my report both funny and informative, I hope very much it helps. Best wishes, WD.

WD - I'm having problems navigating your blog. Probably just me but I can't get past Day-1 Maun. I wanted to read about Moremi, is there a page about it?
And what's with the Flickr photos on the right side, are they yours?
regards - tom

Hi Tom

if you click on the links at the top right of the blog they take you to a page per day/ night. Alternatively you just use the following:

http://wilddogsandenglishmen.wordpress.com/day-2-moremi
http://wilddogsandenglishmen.wordpre...rth-gate-khwai
http://wilddogsandenglishmen.wordpre...jacuzzi-moremi
http://wilddogsandenglishmen.wordpre...akanaxa-moremi
http://wilddogsandenglishmen.wordpre...xakanaxa-camp/

or you can just download the PDF from the homepage which is an A4 document with the same content as the blog, depending on what people prefer.

I hope you find it useful.

All the best,

WD

Hi Tom
the Flickr photos on the right side are now mine, although when you looked at the site you may have seen just a generic link to flickr as i was trying to figure out how to build the blog. There's only a few up there at the moment, just about birds we saw, but I'll add more in time, when I get around to sorting them out, Botswana was so photogenic I have far too many at the moment and need a good sort.
All the best,
WD

Wow! The ultimate trip report. A 110 page book! Excellent. I really enjoyed reading as a pdf file. Thanks for all the hard work.
