Bots Trip
 

Thanks to all of you who wanted me back on the forum. I am overwhelmed at the emails I got. Hari, a special thanks to you.
I have postponed my Bots trip to the 19th Jan for various reasons but none the less I will post a report. Two major things I am looking forward to is spending time on the 28th and 29th at Duba getting to know the folks re my new project called " Follow the Adventures of the Lions of Duba Plains"
Next up for me is celebrating my 47th birthday at Mombo on the 31st Jan.
I would like to take this oppurtunity to thank WS for all the support I have enjoyed since 1994.

Didn't realize you were gone, glad you're back.

I won't be around to wish you a proper happy birthday on the real day so "Happy (early) Birthday". Sundowner and I will be in Kenya so we'll toast one to you under the stars.
That is, if it stops raining long enough to see the stars. ;-)

Hi Guys
Thanks to all of you. The next week is going to be a nightmare as I prepare my camera equipment. My video camera alone in its case wheighs in at 19kgs which is far too much so I have to carry it on my shoulder and pack the accessories in my luggage bag. Not a problem, but the damm mic mounting got busted on my trip to Kafue. So I have to spend the next few days fixing the mounting. Trust me is not an easy task filming in Africa. Anyway I will get it done and I hope to bring back some good footage of what I see and share it with you all.
Many Thanks for the birthday wishes, but don't mention how old I am getting.
