Beware Key Tours
 

My son and I took our dream vacation to Egypt through Key Tours. It was a terrible experience. Poorly planned, poorly executed, they were dishonest about some things, over priced, and not very helpful. We have done much better just showing up in Egypt and fending for ourselves. Egypt itself, however was wonderful and we were able to salvage the trip by using local people we met through other travelers.

We do not locate any complaints from a traveler who has been to Egypt last 12 months , and if you are referring to company with same name you should be mention more detail of the company which might be another Travel company with same name, if you referring to our company without complaining to us and put wrong information in Public which discourage to travel with using our company services also try to damage our company reputation is not acceptable and if necessary we do take necessary legal action.

That's very strange English for a company that is located in the U.S.! Just an observation, it doesn't necessarily mean anything untoward, but I'm curious.

dear key tours, i think it's justified for people to post their experiences. they are not "putting wrong information in public" but simply relating their experiences. In fact, your reply gives people an even better idea of how you work, more than the original message.

If you ask me, I would say that JayeB and KeyTours are one and the same person, looking for a little attention.

Nine days pass, no other repsonses, both posts at 1:11 pm, perhaps on a lunch break?

And I do not understand why this thread was brought back to life after being dead for nearly two months.
