Best guides at 3 Botswana Camps?

We are leaving in less than three weeks- excited and a bit nervous-. Can you all recommend the best guides to try to get at Selinda, Little Vurumbra and Little Mombo?

Selinda's best guide is Kanawe but I hear he is doing the walking trails now. Barberton or 'BB' as he is called would be my choice at the moment.

What days will you be at these camps. We'll be at Selinda and Mombo in 3 or so weeks as well.

Agree with Geoff. I had the good fortune of being private guided by Kanawe this past June. Exceptional induvidual.... he won't win any stand-up comedy awards, but, is a super guide!

As Geoff says, there's BB. If he is busy or on leave ..... there's OB and Mots (Motsamai). I have been guided by both and was pretty satisfied.

Little Vumbura - others can suggest. But, if you can be guided by Ras Mundu you will be very happy! (Ras is BB's older brother). Had been guided by him while he was at Kwando.

Enjoy
Hari

...thanks Hari. I forgot about Mots, very enthusiastic and OB as well. John (Afrigalah) & I were guided by OB at Kwando (lagoon camp) in 2005.

Yes, Geoff ..... Lagoon is where i know OB from, and we have fond memories of spending an entire afternoon with the female cheetah (the good hunter) and her sub-adult cubs!

I liked BB at Selinda. Don't know if Z is still at LV but he enjoyed staying out all day.
