Marc - at moment looks like my next safari will be in South Africa, Sep 2008. I'm trying to keep the cost down so perhaps my Carolyn can join me after she comes back from the Beijing Olympics. No, she will not participate, but as of now her daughter will in beach volleyball, her name is Elaine Youngs (with partner Nicole Branagh). Anyway my reservation now is for Kings Camp 8 nights then Ngala Lodge for 8 nights. Both camps in the Timbavati Reserve and easy to get to from Jo'burg. Cost per night is also reasonable (averages out $350) so Carolyn might after all be able to come with me. After first of year I may start working on a Tanzanian safari for Feb 2009.

Tom- Unfortunately, no safari for us next year :'( . My wife and I are off to the Maldives & Sri Lanka. Celebrating my 50th!,
2009 will be a 2 week trip to Botswana, probably Chitabe.
