I am heading to Israel and want to know if anyone has used this tour company??

This is a well-known company and like all of the tour companies they get both good reviews and bad reviews, It depend on variables such as the guide, the makeup of the group and the expectations of the participant. They offer the identicals tours as most of the other companies - Egged Tours, United Tours, Rent-a-Guide, etc, etc - which get the same reviews. For a selection of different tours, look at "Abraham Tours". If you are in the Eilat area and/or want to go to Petra, look at "Desert Eco" tours.
