You had some drama along with your pasta in camp.
A private mobile, wow! Now if you just had a shorter husband.
I'll let you know in advance that I want the gerenuk details of your Samburua stay as I am on a gerenuk mission sometime in my future.

We purchased our visas for Tanzania when we landed. $50 each. And we WERE asked for our yellow fever vaccination certificates.
Your itinerary sounds similar to ours.
We started with Tarangire, then went on to Lake Manyara, the Crater and then finished in the NW Serengeti.
Lynn, we saw an abundance of generuk in both Meru and Samburu.

Hmmm, Sayari was probably our least favourite camp. We loved sister camp Oliver's but we felt Sayari was not as well run. We also found the tents quite close together and because there was no foliage at all between them we found privacy an issue - we left the side flaps open during the day, as did everyone, but that allowed a fairly clear view into neighbouring tents...
Photos will be a while. I have 3700 and viewing them in Lightroom is proving to be a sloooow process.
