Are euro coins used in Victoria Falls?

I know that $1 are but I have a lot of euro coins and don't think 5 euro bills are a common tip, etc. We plan to be there next June for a few days...

Coins of any denomination from any country are not good to use for tips. Locals will have great difficulty exchanging these to their own currency.

Stick with hard currency notes (paper).

Coins are rarely if ever exchanged outside of the country of origin. I always speak up when I see well meaning tourists using foreign coins as tips without realizing these coins are useless to the tippee. A few times tippees have offered me US change in exchange for a dollar bill. They do this because they can exchange the dollar bill and I am always happy to help if I can. Please stick with dollar bills or local currency.

I'm glad you asked this question, so many people just presume the money is money and tippees will be happy with whatever they get. Have a great trip.
