Arathusa Safari Lodge

Has anyone heard of Arathusa Safari Lodge? I found it on www.mtbeds.co.za - seems to be a new-ish lodge in the Sabi Sand and offers great value for money...

Arathusa, up till now it has operated commercially under the name of Chitwa- Chitwa and is situated in the northern part of the Sabi Sand.I don't know the reason for the name change.

Just a point of clarity. I see that Chitwa Chitwa is still in operation so the name change to Arathusa must have been a seperate camp that C.C. was managing/marketing.

Just got back from a stay at Chitwa Chitwa, which did used to operate a separate, adjacent property which was their less expensive "Safari Lodge". The owner of the land took it back and this became Arathusa. Staying at Chitwa Chitwa we ran into Arathusa's Land Rovers all over the place, so it's certain you will see the same animals there as at the others who share traversing rights: Elephant Plains, Nkhorho, Djuma, Simbambili, etc.
