Once when the wife and I were in Tahiti on a cruise we took a trip out to swim with the Sting Rays....went with a few couples, very nice ppl. Anyways a couple in there 60's was having a great time, laughing and smiling. I asked was it the crystal clear water, the mountains we were passing or the wonderful blue skies? The wife replied: " Well my husband here packed his own bag and just forgot one thing"
"Oh I replied, and what was that?"
She said: "Underwear! So we went downtown last night to buy some for him. Now as you know the French still have a heavy hand here and most things are imported. The underwear each cost 25 USD and they are all thongs!"
The boat of course erupted in laughter imagining this older gentleman with his thong French underwear! Needless to say I just checked my luggage....yep got em!

Hehe. I will double and triple check my baggage for underwear, because I don't even want to begin imagining what the Italians or Zambians wear down there!
