Africa Geographic latest issue

Hi! Anyone seen the latest Africa Geographic issue? There is a fascinating photograph sequence of leopard/impala carcass/rock python interaction. Photos taken in Botswana's Tubu Tree area.

Also, there is a awesome image of a cheetah chase in the Mara by Daryl Balfour.

Cheers,
Hari

Just received my issue and was thumbing through quickly. The leopard sequence was captivating and the shot of the cheetah chase was amazing.

I'm interested in reading the article on former poachers in Luangwa being trained for other jobs.

It is a good article, and a good magazine, but...

Anyone care to elaborate on what I said here about Africa Geographic? :

Yipee, I finally recieved my first issue after many failed attempts. I ordered this time thru Amazon and recieved 8 weeks later.

The python interaction was amazing. Can't comment on the article yet, as I've only had a chance to peruse the cool pics.

Hari, I saw the sequences.

I have to admit that while I subscribe to Africa Geographic, I'm not that thrilled with it -- the British "Travel Africa" is much better. I would find Africa Geographic much more helpful if it offered practical advice, airflights, lodging and rates, how to get around, new flights in Africa, etc., which are areas covered very well in Travel Africa, but that's only a quarterly magazine. I don't even bring Africa Geographic on the plane since it provides such a short reading experience -- to me, more of a flip-through than a serious read.
