Abu Simbel vs Elephante island & Agha Khan

Greetings. I have an option of visiting Abu Simbel or choosing to visit Elephante island & Agha Khan. Anyone who has been, please tell me which should not be missed. Many thanks!

By all means, go to Abu Simbel. There are actually two reconstructed temples , and they are really quite special. Be aware that the tour gives you no more that about 1 1/2 or 2 hours on the ground before they whisk you back to the airport. Some people arrange to spend more time down there, which I wish we had done.

The ruins on Elephantine Island are in rough shape, although we did enjoy the Nileometer. Haven't been to Agha Khan, so can't advise you there.

ABU SIMBEL
I have been there 3 times and highly recommend it!! It is awe inspiring.
If you stay at the Old Cataract Hotel in Aswan you can see Elephantine Island. Not much to see. Don't miss Philae if you are there long enough.

If you have the opportunity, I recommend Abu Simbel. It is huge and quite spectacular. As many will tell you, the seating on the left of the aircraft will give you a better view as you approach Abu Simbel. Have fun.
