Ksar Anika or La Maison Arabe - Help me choose, please!

We are down to two hotel choices (but still open to hear your advise) for our trip to Marrakech. We care about a central location to everything, walking to tourist attractions, restaurants and safety and of course, a nice comfortable place with great customer service.

Which one will you choose?
Ksar Anika
La Maison Arabe

Thanks

Not familiar with Ksar Anika (like anywhere else, places are opening so often who can keep up), but La Maison Arabe looks amazing. However, if I recall, it's a bit out of town.

At the Medina of Marrakech La Maison Arabe is a 10-minute walk from Jamaa El Fna square best of your 2.

stayed at Maison Arabe when it opened as 10 room boutique. It is expanded by at least double and IMHO lost some of its allure. the location is fine and staff I am sure are still good. I revisited 2 years ago but did not stay a second time, but in Palmerie on beautiful estate with 8 suites.

Down side of La maison Arab is that it has indeed expanded thanks to its excellent reputation over the last several years, its located passed the Bab Doukala neighbourhood with couple mins walk from the square, outsiders can attend their cooking classes or just have a mea...etc
Several customers of ours stayed at Riad Kasar Anika and have raved about it.
Good luck
