Three mid-Atlantic capitols

Would like feedback on three potential mid-Atlantic capitol trips of 1 or 2 day duration, especially on anything that shouldn't be omitted but isn't on the lists below.

-Civil War Museum

Dover, DE (bus connections are bad, 2 days as a result)
---one day
-Biggs Museum
-Museum of Small Town Life
-Johnson Victrola Museum
(note: Archaeological Museum is closed indefinitely due to building damage)
---another day
-State Capitol tour
-State House Museum
-Delaware Agricultural Museum

Annapolis, MD (2 days)
---one day
-US Naval Academy tour
-Banneker-Douglass Museum
-Hammond Harwood House
-Chase-Lloyd House
-History Quest
-(after 5 PM) Annapolis Maritime Museum (inside currently closed, outside attractions only)
---another day
-State Capitol tour
-St. John's College walk-through
-William Paca House and Gardens
-Charles Carroll House
-self-guided wander of historic downtown

Ride the Pride if the weather's nice in Harrisburg. This small paddle-wheeler replica gives a great view of the city skyline. www.harrisburgriverboat.com

Hershey's only a short distance away, as well.

Almost forgot: Dover AFB has a nifty museum that's open to the public.

Consider a boat tour from Annapolis harbor. This being sailing country, how about a schooner. A quick search came up with this one:

I can't vouch for it personally, but it looks just right.

For your evenings in Annapolis, see who's playing at the Ram's Head (just off Church Circle and across the street from the Annapolis Visitor's Center). Very good restaurant, their own micro-brew beer, and an intimate concert venue:

When in Harrisburg (my home), be sure to walk or drive down Riverfront Park (Front Street) along the river (about 3 miles in length in all , if you don't ride the Pride of the Susquehanna Riverboat that bookhall suggested. It's one of the nicest riverfronts you'll find in any city of size, and lined with historic homes. If you are a history buff, as I suspect, you might also enjoy the John Harris mansion on South Front Street downtown or the Fort Hunter Mansion and Park on North Front Street about 6 miles upriver from downtown - a scenic spot at the Susquehanna River Water Gap on a nice day and a well-preserved historic home and farmstead with history back to the French and Indian War.
