Vancouver/Victoria - Is there a city pass?

Is there a city discount pass for Vancouver/Victoria attractions that includes Butchart Gardens, Grouse Mountain, Stanley Park Horse Drawn Tours, Vancouver Aquarium, Eagle Wing Whale Watching Tours, Canada Place IMAX?

I know, I know...I'm not asking for much - now am I?

Also, is there any advantage in purchasing tickets in advance for Butchart Gardens? Or any of the above attractions in the area?

I'm waiting for someone else to reply to this. I would be very surprised if there was a city pass that included attractions in two different cities, but who knows??!!

HI Underthestars - we meet again on this board! No there isn't a city pass. In Victoria there is a week or two where you can get a pass for several of the attractions but that is over for the season. You may want to check out this website
http://www.attractionsvictoria.com/a...ions-victoria/ Also there is no need to buy tickets in advance for Butchart Gardens. Post again if you have any more questions.

I know that Tourism Vancouver sells discount tickets for Grouse Mountain and the Vancouver Aquarium, but you have to purchase them from the tourism info center.

The discounts aren't much, but tend to put you ahead of the lineups.

Thanks Borealis, traveller69 and Carmanah! Traveller 69 - thanks for the link.

Any suggestions for restaurants in both Victoria and Vancouver?

There are too many restaurants to recommend - any preferences? Price ranges? Cuisine types?

www.dinehere.ca is an excellent resource for Vancouver and Victoria resaurants, as it's a website where the locals write their own reviews of the restaurants they visit.

What type of food do you like? I can answer for Victoria or at least let you know what our favourites are.

Thank you all for your help!

We all like seafood, except for my daughter. We are looking for really good food, but not over-the-top pricing. I have reservations at The Observatory on Grouse Mountain, since they include the skylift for free with the purchase of an entree - it's also my birthday that day...so decided to splurge! You only live once, right?

Also, do we need to purchase tickets in advance for the Stanley Horse Drawn Tour, Vancouver Aquarium and Canada Place?

We are also looking at the Granville Brewery Tour, but saw online it is first come/first serve. My son would love tickets for this one, but we'll have to take our chances.
