Anyone know how to redeem Delta credit voucher?

I have a Delta credit voucher which I could use within one year for either domestic or international flilghts, voucher has some sort of serial # starting with 006 (its a 13 digit number). however, when I logged in to Delta.com, found the tickets I'm interested in booking, checked the box "ecredits", it still asked me to enter my credit card #, I know the amount of ecredits exceeding the airfare, so it should not ask for my credit card #.

I'm also confused about where to enter the 13 digit seriel #, there are a few choices at payment method selections, "Carte Blanche, UATP/Delta Equity Card, Moneta", which one should I choose?

There is no box for me to enter the Ecredit # after or before the little checkbox "ecredits", I'm totally confused.

I emailed Delta but no response. if anyone here have prior experience as how to redeem the ecredits, please help. thanks very much.

Haven't done that.
Try telephoning the web support people
888-750-3284 or click on the live chat to see if they can help you with the screens.

It is a multiple step process. On that first screen (which you found) you need to input a credit card number and check the eCredit box. At this point it hasn't looked up the eCredit info yet, so it will require the cc number.

The next screen is where you get to see all available eCredits (or maybe you input search info and there is one more screen; I haven't done this is a week!). You then select the eCredit you want and it will automatically then use only that eCredit and not the credit card. You do get to review the final accounting before you give the final OK.

Hello all again, with your help I booked my ticket for next trip but due to some personal reason, I have to cancel now. The ticket I booked from delta website is nonrefundable can I get vouchers back? how about the money I paid in excess of voucher? Anyone had similar experience might know? Thanks in advance.

The best you can usually hope for is a voucher for future travel. They will usually deduct some change fee, often $150-$200. I would call and explain your situation and see what they offer.

you're exactly right. I called Delta. They issued me ecredits for the entire amount but less $150 rebooking fee.
