I reserved the FS maui from Dec 10 to 16. However, my husband thought it might be nice to go to pearl harbour. We only have a week time for the vacation. We want to relax, eat gourment food, do somewhat sight seeing. Never been to Hawaii. Which Island do you think we should visit. Thank you.

Much more to do and see on Oahu.

Here's a thread with lots of Oahu info. Many of the sites are good for all islands.

For Maui:

www.mauihawaii.org

www.visitmaui.com Official Maui Visitors Bureau. They will send a free brochure.

Both islands are wonderful. Why not do Oahu this year, then Maui your next trip? The activities you listed can easily be accomplished in either place!

Maui, Maui, Maui.
Never visited Pearl Harbor, but I must say that Maui has quite a bit to keep a couple entertained.

I recommend the Ulalena theatre show.
I recommend the Triology catamaran cruise which includes snorkel, BBQ, dolphin/whale sighting (depending on season).
I recommend golf in Wailea.
I recommend sunset or sunrise atop Haleakala.
I recommend snorkel in Ahi'i Cove.
I recommend the shops at Wailea for upscale gifts for each other.
I completely recommend Spa Grande at the Grand Wailea Resort, next to the FS.
