the site that shows you a street addres in Paris?

remember seeing a post here that gave theweb address for looking at any street address in Paris - so you can see what a hotel looks like? DId I remember correctly? If so could someone post it here?

you can see a whole street with its buildings as if you were standing there.<

www.mappy.fr also gives pretty good maps.

Hi Kerouac ça va bien ? we are talking about pictures of the streets, not only maps. I can't find any photos on mappy. let us know where they are!

, is really neat. If you put in just the street name ,with no number , you can "walk" the length by using the arrows under the photo.

I love the site...when I'm in "wait" mode, and missing France, I'll plug in and take walks... more cities than just Paris, mind you. So, a virtual meander

SuzieC: me too..I do the same thing and there is also one for London called Street Sensations. I do the same thing. Gee, it's almost like being there...NOT!!! I need a trip and soon!!!!! LOL

crefloors thanks so much for your london link! I was able to see the shop I was working in (the sanctuary in floral street)in the 90's. I went there in june but I'm always happy to see it "almost in real".
