Breezes

My fiance and I are going to Curacao for our honeymoon in September. We are staying at the breezes resort. Anyone know if it has improved any? Also, I need help on how to say "I love you" in the native language of the island. Thanks!!

We stayed at Breezes in November 2002. My husband and I had a wonderful time. We stayed in the Plover building. If we were to go back to this beautiful contry on holiday agan, we would return to that resort and stay in that building.

We are staying at the Marriott. I was hoping for some suggestions for beaches good for shore diving on the Western side of the island.

No matter where you go on the island, everyone speaks english. The buses will get you around the entire island.

I really enjoyed Breezes. Before we left, I did alot of internet research on this resort, some poeple wrote some negative things about the resort, because they went either during or before the reconstruction. When we went, Nov 2002, they were all done and the resort was beautiful.

We stayed in the Plover building. LOVED IT.
They have lots of places to shop. If you enjoy to shop for jewerly (and can afford it), they have lots of it. The diving is good. We did nothing but shore dives. I hear they have lots of wrecks there. If you are not a big scuba diver and only do it from time to time, you may wnat to check out the seaquarium. You can do a dive there, have it video taped while you feed the sharks. That was nice and different.

Email me if I can answer any other questions for you.
