Availability of 8 seater minivan and price at Paris CDG

We are a family of 7 people travelling to Paris CDG this week and need to get into central Paris. I am not comfortable with pre paying for a private shuttle service as there have been many bad reviews. Is it possible to pick up an 8 seater at the rank at Terminal 3 Paris CDG and if so how much are the fares? Thank you very much for any help!

Maybe, but at most you might have to take two, depending on your luggage. It would still be cheaper than a shuttle and quicker and more reliable. You may all fit in the seats but your luggage might be a problem for a single vehicle--even a shuttle.

Shuttle-Inter does not require pre-paying. i have used them for several round trips CDG/Paris, and find them to be highly reliable. I heartily recommend them.

There are taxis which can take up to 7 people. Taxis are typically 45 to 50 euros into Paris. Expect to pay an additional 3 euros for the 4th and subsequent passengers and 1 euro per bag after the 1st. Taking a taxi, you will probably pay 77 to 82 euros.

I recommend you avoid any shuttle but to compare, Shuttle-inter charges 90 euros for 7 people.

We used Shuttle-Inter and found the service reasonably priced, but more importantly all pick ups were on schedule, the mini van was impeccably clean and the driver polite and courteous. I would highly recommend them!

An 8 seater van is very unlikely to hold 7 people and their luggage - unless each of you is travelig with just a gym bag. You are much more likely to need 2 oversize vans.
