Hi Emma,
I haven't actually been, but I know several people who have. They really enjoy it. One hint, I tried to go once, and book one of the hotels fairly last minute. It seems they book up extremely fast. So if you want to stay in one of the 5 hotels on the premises, or close by, then you must book well in advance. Also, I've heard that the Native American Museum is extremely well done.

I live in Ct., so Ive been there many times, but I couldnt tell you much about the hotels except that Ive heard that they are somewhat expensive. It might be a good idea to check out a nearby bed and breakfast. Foxwoods is a beautiful Casino, as is its neighbor, The Mohegan Sun, which is not more than 20 miles from there. Foxwoods is the worlds largest casino, while I believe that the Mohegan Sun is the worlds 4th largest. It is well worth seeing. However, it is not like Las Vegas where you just see casino after casino, because it is in a secluded wooded area that is surrounded by beautiful walking trails. Its worth going to, and have a good trip.

Foxwoods is a casino you just can't miss! Definitely book rooms early. I have stayed at the inn they have a quick walk away and really liked the rooms, the food, and getting a little break from the casino. Mystic, CT is a short 10 minute drive and a fun little town to stroll through. The Casino has huge non-smoking rooms slot/table rooms, and smoking, plus bingo and sometimes shows. Have fun!
