Is it wine country you are looking for? http://www.traveldundeeoregon.com/
There are several other towns in the Willamette Valley that you might like better.
McMinnville has the Evergreen Aviation museum if you wanted to see the "Spruce Goose" and some other neat things.
Are you arriving in Oregon in Portland or coming by car?

Have a backup plan if it is rainy/windy.
If you're stuck in Portland, check out Powells World of Books.
If you get to the coast, visit Cannon Beach to see our famous Haystack Rock. Sample some Tillamook cheese to go along with your wine.

Girls trips are so much fun and this is a perfect areagir one! Dundee is in the Willamette Valley and is a great area to stay. Basically Newberg, Dundee and McMinnville are the most central towns to stay inThe Allison in Newberg has a very good spa as well as restaurant so that makes a great place if it is in your budget. If you want a different experience check outThw Vintages in Dayton. I highly recommend doing a wine tour if all of you want to taste. The police have a heavy presence here so that is the safest. If you are interested in that, check out www.anoseforwine.com . Fred and his wife do an excellent job!!!

I would also stop in at the Woodburn outlets for some great tax free shopping too. And I’d suggest McMinnville for wine country. They also have (the last?) drive in theater in Oregon. But I’m biased against Dundee since My Dad and I were stopped by an awful dundee officer once on our way back to Portland from a Long rough tuna fishing trip at the coast. But overall I think McMinnville has more amenities and more to see
