Restaurants & Activities In Grand Cayman
I will be going to Grand Cayman next spring and staying at the Marriott on 7 Mile Beach.. Can anyone offer some restaurant ideas and activities or sights to see? We prefer nicer dining. Also are their boats that travel to the other islands. If so are there any other islands you would recommend?

Activities on Grand Cayman - sting ray city, turtle farm, and botanical gardens in addition to excellent snorkeling right off 7 mile beach (Governors beach which is part of the 7 mile beach).
Fav restaurants - Brasserie and Blue by Eric Repert (at the Ritz) to name a couple. GC has excellent restaurants so you should do some research.

2nd the Brasserie for great farm/sea to table food. Office park setting is the only negative.
Other fancier faves:
Calypso Grill
Morgan's
Catch
Tukka
Kaibo Upstairs
Luca
Grand Old House (food has been waning a bit as of late, but love the setting)
Le Vele
Other activities:
Bioluminescent Bay Kayak or Boat trip
Crystal Caves
Pedro's Castle for a historical perspective
Sunset Sail to the Rum Point Club Restaurant for dinner
