We have used aac limo several times to go to Hua Hin - they are reliable ( we have used the many times for transfers to and from Bangkok airport too.
Cars are clean and the drivers drive safely, prices reasonable. You should be able to find prices on website, otherwise they are very responsive to emails.
Have used them for years and will be using them again in November... sure you can get a taxi at the airport but I like having my transfers arranged.
[email protected]. Or [email protected] ( one does say acc and one aac which was there old name)

Train travel and bus service available too. Bangkok subway has a stop for the Hualamphong Train station. Google search will give you some prices for regular buses from bus stations. "Man in Seat 61" has info for train travel.
White vans used to leave from Victory Monument for Hua Hin.
Oriental Escape has been around a long time. Not cheap compared to bus and train.

Bangkok has 2 airports. Scheduled bus service from Suvarnabhumi to Hua Hin.

Good luck.

The best train from Hualamphong to Hua Hin is the No.43 which leaves at 0805. It's 2nd class only, with only 2 carriages totalling about 140 seats, so you need to book a couple of days in advance. Takes 4 hours, ticket is c400 baht which includes a meal and bottle of water.
It's a v.pleasant, comfortable journey, far better than travelling by road.
Trains back to Bangkok leave Hua Hin at silly times, so a bus is more convenient.
