I am planning a vacation in December 2017 for 2 weeks. I am trying to decide between Barbados or Tulum, Mexico. My vacation wish list is: lovely beaches with waves for body surfing, beaches that are not too crowded, to stay in a quiet place -yet close enough to restaurants, grocery stores etc. I have been to Barbados(absolutely love it )but I have heard that Tulum is a great vacation destination. Is there anyone who has been to both locations ? I would appreciate hearing from you - any information you can provide about Tulum and my wish list is appreciated.
