2 Week Honeymoon Thailand & Cambodia
Hello,
I'm planning my honeymoon to Thailand & Cambodia. Is this enough time to do both? We would like to visit interesting/unique sights and do adventurous things with a few beach days. We are ok with going off the beaten path! How do you travel within these countries and between them?

If you have two weeks, you can visit three locations. So it is possible to visit places in both countries in two weeks. Remember you will lose a day on your way from the US to SE Asia.
Are you looking to just visit the temples of Angkor in Cambodia? If so, get a copy of Dawn Rooney's book, Angkor: A Guide to Cambodia's Wondrous Temples. You will need a minimum of three full days (meaning 4 nights) to see just the major temples.
For your other two locations, you'll want some time in Bangkok and you will need to decide whether you want your third location to be a beach in Thailand or a place in northern Thailand.
None of these places are off the beaten path - you would need more time for that. But you will see stunning sights and experience different cultures.
What time of the year would you be traveling?
You will likely want to fly between destinations, as overland travel is slow. If you opted to travel overland from Bangkok to Siem Reap, it would use up a whole day.

I would say it is not really enough time to do both but as you will likely be flying into Bangkok, you will probably need/want to spend a few days there at each end of your trip. Depending on your budget, there are some fantastic "honeymoon" type hotels in Bangkok. The Peninsula, The Oriental and my current favourite The Muse on Langusan are all terrific.
For "off the beaten track" Cambodia has a huge amount to offer including some very nice secluded beach locations in the south. Phnom Penh is worth a visit as are Kampot, Kep, Battambang and Kratie. Of course, Siem Reap and Angkor Wat is a must see for many but will get VERY crowded during high season from Nov to March.
Some .information on time of year and budget would enable people to provide advice better targeted to your needs.

My husband and I went to Thailand and Cambodia last year in October for 2 weeks (16 days including travel time from Canada).
So it's definitely doable, but ofcourse depending on what you both want to see and do. We are generally fast-paced travelers, and also only were in Cambodia for 3 days to check out the Angkor Temples. So depending on what else you want to do in Cambodia, that will take time away from Thailand. We entered the Angkor Temples 2 days and for us, that was enough to get us templed out. However, some people like to go for 3 or more days.
Our itinerary roughly was as below:
Arriving in Bangkok and staying for 2 days.
Chiang Mai - 3 days.
Flew from CM to Siem Reap - 2.5 days in SR.
Back to Thailand in Krabi - stayed in Krabi 4 days and did trips to Railay Beach, Phra nang Beach, Ko Phi Phi, Poda Island etc.
Back to Bangkok for the evening, and flew out next morning.
