England--Cambridge on a Sunday (SIM card? Restaurants)

I'll be arriving in the UK early on a Sunday morning (0630hrs) and have reserved a car service to drive me to Cambridge. I'll be starting my 1.5 week vacation there, but I am wondering what Sundays are like in Cambridge? Are most things closed?

I'll need to get a SIM card for my iPhone 6s for phone and data service. Will there be any place open on a Sunday to get hooked up with cellphone/data service for my unlocked iPhone? Or should I try to do it at Heathrow before going to Cambridge? I have a driver meeting me at the luggage claim, so I don't want to cause him/her to wait.

Will it be hard to find a meal on Sunday? Any good gastropubs or foodie type restaurants open on Sundays? Maybe a roast?

I'm a big fan of the show _Grantchester_....maybe I could walk down to visit that village. We won't be picking up our car rental until Monday morning.

Yes, shops are open on Sunday. You shouldn't have an issue getting a SIM. Best place to go might be the Grand Arcade.

Plenty of restaurants will be open on Sunday and practically all pubs will offer a "traditional" Sunday roast and it's probably something you might want to check out. Best to consult TripAdvisor on who has the "best" Sunday roast.

As followup, there was lots to do on a Sunday in Cambridge. We found a Vodaphone as suggested in the grand arcade and within a few minutes were all set to go for calls and data.

As I am a big Grantchester fan, we walked through the Grantchester meadows and back and explored a bit.
