This is genuine curiosity, not passive aggressive snark.
Why would you go to the trouble of taking tennis shoes, rackets, balls, and clothing all the way to Spain?
I am not being snarky because I have done something similar on two occasions.
I once hauled a full dinner jacket kit on a trip around the UK because I was going to a black tie City of London dinner at the end. I hated that bag after two weeks. Next time, Moss Bros.
I also hauled full hiking/climbing kit for a long trip that included a couple of days in Glencoe. Wasn't worth it.

I understand the comments but we enjoy tennis and we also love to travel.
A couple highlights:
Hungary - we played at sports complex where local familys swim, play soccer and other sports. pro tennis player was director, courts were well maintained. We played in enclosed courts for first time.
Bahamas - we played at public park, rode up to courts on our scooter. Local children started cheering during good points. Then it started to pour rain -we hopped on our scooter and headed back to our room.

Okay, you make playing tennis in different kinds of places under different circumstances a focus of your travel.
Neat. I think having a focus like that is a good idea. You see more than the tourist sites and may meet locals.

Good for you donnae _b, I fully understand your motivation. I also get a buzz out of playing on different tennis courts especially those that are tucked away and in beautiful settings.
You might also enjoy Tony Hawks quest "Playing the Moldovans at Tennis" an interesting if whacky project that he turned into a book.
