Special Birthday Dinner (with Kids) - Turks and Caicos

My family (6 adults; two kids - 4 and 8) will be traveling to Turks and Caicos (Provenciales) for my mother's birthday. Any recommendations for a special birthday dinner? We'd like somewhere casual and memorable with good food. Kids not great at sitting in restaurants so somewhere not formal and preferable on a beach or where they can roam while we eat would be great. We are staying at the Windsong on Grace Bay and it would be great to walk but we have rental cars. We would like to be able to make a reservation.

If on Thursday:

walk to Fish Fry--next to the beach, awesome, live band, vendors, great cheap food

Or drive to Hemingways, live music (Quinton Dean, he's awesome) kids can dance and roam

On Wed casual Tiki Hut, very family friendly

or days of the week aim for Bay Bistro (next to the beach)

Bay Bistro offers tiki-lit private tables on the beach. There's a kind of steep $100 cover charge for a table of six, but we've done it for special occasions. The kids would have plenty of room to roam right in front of the table.

Thanks for the Bay Bistro suggestion WWK. We have booked there (not the private table on the beach - just the regular restaurant). I think it will suit us well - kids can run around the beach within our eyesight and we can eat in peace. Any (less expensive) kid-friendly suggestions for other nights out are welcome!

TIKI HUT, SOMEWHERE CAFE ( Mexican, next to WINDSONG RESORT), DA CONCH SHACK, CHINSONS GRILL SHACK (barbecue).

Just wanted to report back that we all loved the Bay Bistro. We went early to see the sunset and the food was great and kids liked being outside. We ate other nights at the other places you suggested (Tiki Hut, Somewhere Cafe and Da Conch Shack) and all worked out well. Thanks for the recommendations.
