Best Travel agent in India. Any Advise?

I've been in touch with some renowned travel agents of India and have shortlisted the following four travel companies for our 20 days tailor-made tour to Northern India. I'd love feedback GOOD or BAD on the following:

Trans Indus

Pan India Tours

Greaves Travel

Indian Panorama

Any other great ones I am missing?
Many thanks.

All the referred companies by you are renowned tour operators in India. We did a lot of research in the way of finding a suitable Tour organizer for our tour through Rajasthan in last December. We finally decided to go with Pan India Tours based in Rajasthan due to the great value offered by them and they didn’t let us down. We found the staff to be extremely helpful, very friendly & the prices extremely competitive.

Thank you for your comments and recommendation about PAN India Tours. The tour company has proposed us 11 days in Rajasthan and remaining days to explore Agra, Varanasi, Orchha and Khajuraho. Can you advise if 11 days are adequate to explore the major destinations of Rajasthan.

We have taken a tour of 13 days in Rajastaan in which visited Jaisalmar, Jodhpur, Jaipur, Deogarh, Udaipur along with 1 tiger park. I believe 11 days would be fine but can't say exactly as not sure which places you are covering. You can ask the advise of travel agents as they know better. We have dealt with Gaurav ([email protected]) who is expert in planning. You can consult with his giving my reference. Regards Robert

Rajasthan is much more than just the same old major destinations that every agent suggests. You will enjoy your trip MUCH more if you add some variety in and visit some smaller, less frequently visited destinations in Rajasthan. Plus, you need to factor in how much time you will be spending in transit each day.

Other agents that many here have used are Legends and Palaces and Castle and King.

What FromDC said. Likely an ad of some kind. (Yes, I have a suspicious nature.)

I agree with DC. What are the odds of two first timers posting on the same subject 6 mins. apart? Ya'll must be in cahoots. .

Seriously I have used Mr. VP Singh from Legends and Palaces and he delivered very well.,

This is our 2nd trip in 2 years with PAN India Tours. We were 38 group members travelling. I must say it proved to be an awesome vacation for all of us and the credit goes to extremely well planned tour organised by PAN India team. We enjoyed every-bit of the whole trip. Great Hotels/resorts, well planned city tours, good food and very nice English speaking Escorts/Guides. I would like to appreciate here for their Services and would look forward to have more trips organised by them.

The Tour Manager Gaurav ([email protected]) and his team took special care in ensuring our comfort. Food and accommodation was to our satisfaction and up to expected standards. The trip organiser deserves appreciation for the marvelous job he has done!

Sorry, but there's no way I'd go to India with a group that size when it's so cheap to arrange your own trip with a car and driver when you want one. If I really wanted to go on a tour I'd pick a company that takes small groups.

Smells fishy to me.

Ditto re: castle & king. Don't know if they are the best, but they couldn't do more for us.
