Thailand - Krabi Day Tours?
I will have limited time in Thailand with most of my time spent in Bangkok. Flights are cheap to Krabi and I'm considering taking a day flight there (arriving early in the morning and leaving late at night). Any recommendations for day tours or a private tour guide to take me around to see the awesome beaches and area?

How many nights do you have in Thailand? What does your itinerary look like right now?
I really can't recommend flying to Krabi for a day. You would spend a lot of time getting to the airport, waiting for your flight, same on the way back. You would, at most, have a few hours in Krabi.

Well, I have a whole day free. If I took a flight in the morning, I could arrive around 9 AM and could catch a late flight back to Bangkok around 10 PM (22:00). Seems like I would have a pretty good amount of time to spend there, no?

Krabi is a place to go and relax. You could go out to the island that is a national park( name escapes me right now), but you would need to coordinate with some one to pick you up at the airport, drive to pier, and a private boat to take you out, and the reverse at the other end of the day. it would be a rushed and expensive day. Save Krabi for another trip and go for a few days.
Better to find something in BKK that is a splurge, and enjoy it.
