Bosque del Cabo accommodations help for newbie

Hi, new here and excited for our trip to Bosque del Cabo and Corcovoda....here is my question:

Would you stay 3 nights in a Classic Cabin or 4 nights in Vista Mar?

thanks!!!!

If the choice is because this is what is available, take three nights classic and one night Vista Mar. They may get a cancellation.

If because of budget, try to reduce expenses elsewhere. Vista Mar may be fine, you are just not guaranteed the same degree of privacy.

Thanks very much...do you have a recommendation for a clean, moderately priced hotel at SJO?

I agree; go for the extra night if it becomes available in the classic. They're beautiful and private.

We've stayed at the Orchideas Inn near the airport, but I've heard that it's under new management. ?

There are lots of reasonable small hotels near the airport. I would actually check tripadvisor for a listing. We arrived redeye and went directly to Puerto Jimenez ( private driver), on way home flew back and stayed at Toucan Rescue Ranch which is not near the airport but I wanted to see all her sloths.
