Bahn and hacked credit card

Bahn and hacked credit card
I'm in a bit of a pickle here. I've never actually been to Europe, so I'm hoping for some advice from those that have.
For a month long Europe trip (from August to September), I've booked three tickets from bahn.com. These are online tickets that I have printed at home. Bahn requires me to use the credit card that I bought the tickets with as ID on the trains/buses.
My VISA card was hacked, and fraudulent purchases were made on my card. The card has been cancelled, but I still have it.
My question is this: does the conductor just look at the card to see if it matches what is on the ticket, or does he/she actually swipe it?
From my reading of forums, Bahn has an incredibly strict policy on this. If they do swipe I will just have to cancel the tickets I suppose, and buy new ones (incurring a fee and probably higher ticket prices).
Any information is appreciated.

Take the invalid card with you and present it as ID. There's no need for DB personnel to swipe it since you've already paid; they will scan your paper ticket to pull up the CC# and then make sure the number matches the one on your card. I had precisely the same situation when I traveled this March, but I had my old card - without which I'd likely have been fined and dropped off somewhere.

The conductor has a hand-held machine which reads the bar code on your ticket. He will also swipe your credit card or another identifying card. If the swipe does not work he can enter the number manually. So, you are on the safe side.

I never actually registered at bahn.com (pretty dumb, in hindsight), so I don't think I can change anything on my booking.
