Ideas for Off Broadway in February.

Has anyone seen anything memorable lately. Avenue Q, Blue Man group have already been seen. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks you.

Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comet is one idea.

I loved Buyer & Cellar but it"s not a musical...one man show and may not be for everyone.

Two very cool women in their mid sixties that love to laugh.
Buyer and Cellar was on my maybe list.
Mclaurie, I will check these two out.
IMDonehefe, yours as well. I'm buying these tickets so I have like I have a bit more leeway. I want my BFF to like what I choose, but it won't be her loss if she doesn't.

Thanks to you both and Happy New year!

From what I can tell Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comet will no longer be playing in Feb. I have booked Kinky Boots and BOM. A Sunday and a Wednesday night left. Possibly we could go to a piano bar.

SueNYC, thanks I will be checking. I have always wanted to see Seth Rudesky on a Thursday night, but it never works out. Maybe my days in the city will be better next year.

Wow! Gina Breedlove is at Joe's pub on the 9 of Feb. Isn't YouTube a miracle?

That information is incorrect, Rhea58. Buyer & Cellar will be playing through mid-April, and I, too, strongly recommend it. And, happily, a discount ticket offer is available on playbill.com.

Hey Bramsole - Seth's musical DISASTER has Thursday evening performances - tickets available through March. I'll also endorse BUYER & CELLAR - loved it!

Spring, we never seem to be there on a Thursday. Next year, I will plan this trip better. I love him!
The Glass Menergie doesn't have a 7:00 on the Wednesday we will be there, so I'm going for Buyer and Seller. Thank you all.

Thanks Sue, I just saw your post. I will be checking and deciding. I am pretty sure we saw Anything Goes in London a few years ago.

This is what happens when your trying to read and watch the sugar Bowl. Boo! We lost. Excuse me Sue. I did check out all the Harlem Venues as well as the Public. Senior moment, I guess.
Everyone, y'all have been a huge help and I probably would have danced around buyer and Cellars for a while. My decisions were made quickly due to your kind answers to my questions,
Now, tickets bought, hotel scheduled and plane tickets purchased. All I have to do is wait. Thanks y'all once again..

Sorry for the misinformation re Buyer & Cellar. That is what I was told when I saw it recently (and loved it). I had an unused ticket which they told me I could use for the next show after 1/5 which was SO nice...which is another good reason to attend off-Broadway shows.
