villa recommendation in Turks and Caicos

HI,

We're planning a trip to T&C in February and are thinking to rent a villa. We'll be a couple traveling w a 4 year old and a 3 month old. Have previously stayed at Parrot Cay-Loved it but it's above our price range in high season. Also stayed at Le Sirene villa (great, but booked) and Le Vele (v nice)
Please let us know if you have any villa/cottage suggestions. Prefer to have great views and a pool. Beach front would be lovely.
Would not mind staying at one of the resorts but am having trouble finding something w an ocean view that's decently priced.

thank you!

Define "decently priced" - we have no idea what that means to you in terms of actual dollars.

I can't give you names of specific villas but if you go to the Turks & Caicos forum on TripAdvisor and click on the "Vacation Rentals" link on the top of the page you'll find a list of over 400 rental (villas, condos, cottages, etc.) with prices & descriptions - there are lots of sorting options you can use to narrow your choices including options for the most child friendly rentals.

I think it's going to be tough to stay under $6000 in February unless you stay off the beach in a private house. I'm assuming you need a two bed villa with the kids, although maybe you can get by in a one bed with a pullout couch? Anyway, I hope Blamona will answer this post since she will have some great advice for you!

The only thing I can offer after five repeat trips to T&C is to check out OCEAN CLUB WEST, VILLA RENAISSANCE and WINDSONG, which almost meet the high end of your price point. As you know, February is high season, and Turks is one of the most expensive islands in the Caribbean.

You can also try calling Turks and Caicos Reservations. Ask for Val. He will be able to tell you what might be in budget at that time of year.

If you are looking for a true Caribbean experience, keep going after you get to PLS and fly a short 25 min later via Caicos Express to Salt Cay. Like Provo was 25 years ago. Gorgeous Villas with your beach just footsteps from your door and the only thing you see is your own footprints. Great location for kids as totally walled in property, swimming pool and lovely 3 bedroom house or cabanas starting from just $225/ night. Contact Debbie 649 2411009
